9/21/2015 foxnews.com: New Furor In GOP Race After Carson Says Muslims Should Not Be President
Dr. Ben Carson has come under heavy criticism for comments in an interview broadcast Sunday in which the retired neurosurgeon said he 'would not advocate' electing a Muslim president and claimed Islam was incompatible with the Constitution.

What is the furor. Dr. Carson is absolutely correct

Islam is not a religion as most of us in the Western world perceive religion. Islam is a complete system encompassing religious, political, legal, economic, cultural and military components. It is a total way of life dictated by the teachings of the Quran and the Profit Mohammed. It is totally incompatible with the Constitution and democracy. I implore anyone who feels differently, read the Quran.

Progressive liberals who fear the election of a President who leans to the religious right should have an ample supply of Imodium if they entertain the thought of a Muslim president. Here are just three, of many, examples as to why:

To the ACLU:
Your Lord is the One who creates whatever He wills, and chooses; no one else does any choosing. Glory be to God, the Most Exalted. He is far above needing partners. - Quran 28:68]

To the LGBT community:
"...For ye practice your lusts on men in preference to women: ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds.... And we rained down on them a shower (of brimstone)" - Quran 7:80-84

To the feminist:
"Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women). So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded. As for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and scourge them." - Quran 4:34

No follower of Islam is capable of leading a nation in which the people of that nation determine the social norms they embrace or the laws by which they are governed.
