The man is an absolute idiot. He has no clue. What word in "Convert or Die" does he not understand?

Mr. Matthews, if one is not Sunni Muslim one is an enemy of ISIS. Period! Thus is radical Islam. You don't have to do anything to them. Simply not being Muslim puts you on their kill list.

And no, I am not Islamiphobic. 90+ per cent of those that practice Islam are to be admired for their dedication and discipline. For their willingness and ability to submit to the authority of the Quran and the teachings of the Profit Mohammed. The problem is with the extremists.
