President Obama:    ... sacred rule that the United States does not leave our men or women in uniform behind.
Chuck Hagel, Secty of Defense:     Health concerns justified Bergdahl swap
Debbie Wasserman Schultz, DNC Chair:    Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was at "Death's Door"
Susan Rice, National Security Advisor:    ... served his country with "honour and distinction.
Marie Harf, State Department spokesman :    ... was in our national security interests
Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff:    ... the last, best opportunity to free Bergdahl.
Chuck Hagel, Secty of Defence:    This prisoner swap might produce peace negotiations with the Taliban

They just keep throwing stuff against the wall hoping something will stick. It won't. At least not with the 4 percent of military personnel that have served as a grunt in a combat theater. Of the members in Sgt. Bergdahl's unit that have spoken out not one has come to his defence. To a man, each has said Bergdahl deserted his combat post.

Uniform Code Of Military Justice; Article 85; Section 4:
If the member deserts during time of war: Death or such other punishment (such as life in prison) as a court-martial may direct.

Bring Sgt. Bergdahl home. Court-martial him. Unless President Obama has completed castration of our military brass, his parents can then make arrangements to visit him once a month in Leavenworth for at least the next 20 years.
